Actually it's more about inherent nature.
Men are killed by police more often than women are, because men are more violent than women - thus a man is likely to resist arrest or attempt to assault a police officer with murderous intent.
Since blacks are killed by cops so often, the reason isn't because of police brutality/systemic racism, but because blacks commit more crime, and resist arrest and try to kill cops.
(at a discrete level, the actual statistics of police homicides actually has whites killed more often than blacks, which doubly debunks the nigger whining narrative)
