I posted this question recently but since a new edition is coming out I guess the answers I got then are now outdated and would like to pick your brains again please, for what we learned from the leaks:

Are missile launchers, heavy bolters, plasma guns, melta guns and flamers good in HH or is there some power creep that makes it volkite weapons and nothing else?

>wanted to start heresy word bearers with betrayal at calth back in the day, life happened and I got money now but BaC boxes are scalped as shit now
>everything plastic now requires upgrade sprues
>realize that stand alone mkiv boxes come the same special and heavy weapon options as they did in the starter box

Double score since it's still my favorite mark of power armor, and if I buy three boxes I'll have at least two small heavy weapon teams, two to three tactical support squads and up to forty regular tacticals which sounds like a solid core for a small army. Question is, are those weapons still good?
