i had just 8 weapon pity and did one yolo pull for lupa's weapon, and i got it. who can use it ?

in the past i got camellya's weapon the exact same way (had like 2 weapon pity, did exactly one yolo pull and got it). now camellya weapon has a lot of potential users even tho i don't have camellya, but who can use lupa's weapon? i never plan to get lupa. my only broadblade 5* is jinshi and she has her sig already.
i don't think the pull was wasted since i was at such a low pity, and i think i can save this for later which means i don't have to pull the sig for the next broadblade limited 5*. but is there anyone else who benefits from it currently? lumi maybe?? it looks cool so i want an excuse to use this weapon lol.
