Microsoft don't give a fuck about desktop OS (as a one example of why no one cares about bugs). Instead of fixing bugs on W11, they bring all attention to replacing skype with teams (electrum based web app crap) and cloud computing and other useless bullshit targeted to non-power users (to convince for example sign up for o365 subscriptions, teams premium, etc)...
