Yes. Missing link apes are pulpy fantasy kino. Also, the new art for Giant ape goes so fucking hard. Inspired me to use it last one-shot, but it also made me realize how insanely overpowered Polymorph is. Basically free 160+ HP. The attacks aren't even bad either and you even have a ranged option in this form.
What would be the penalty you have in mind for the attacks? If it was a magic weapon I get it, but if not, just use the same +to hit on the statblock and use the weapon's damage dice?
