You gotta be a damn samurai rep because I almost never hear knight fans ever bitch about Black Prior, Lawbringer, or Warmonger. And I mean on both Reddit AND here. Now, my own picks or ideas would be:

Knights:
>Rework Gryphon, feats included, change lore and name, dump him into the Vikings as a vanguard. (also, remove his non-viking fashions and distribute them to appropriate heroes)
>Delete Warmonger, reallocate fashion and some of her moves to Warden (really just the side heavy and impale)
>Merge Black Prior and Centurion so we get a proper tower-shield roman.

Vikings:
>As mentioned above, a reworked and appropriately dressed Gryphon goes here now as a Vanguard
>Delete Varangarian, give fashion to new!Gryphon and Jorm
>Massively rework shaman, mostly in fashion and personality department.

Samurai:
>Yeah, delete Hito, merge aspects with Sohei because he's basically a conceptually cooler hito.
>Probably surprising but I'd probably delete Kyoshin and move his moves and fashion around the different Samurai
>Yeah, Shinobi does need a fix but I don't think reverting to ranged heavies are exactly the answer.

Wu Lin:

Outlanders (really just pirate):
>Pirate needs a big rework in concept and voicing to divorce her from being strictly a Cantonese pirate. Also I think made into an assassin.
>Give her fashion from all factions to represent the ubiquity of piracy

>Also have all animations that involve using her pistol include dropping it and drawing a new one.

General change:
>Remove gender locking on all heroes. Except maybe Nuxia and Valkyrie since one is explicitly a 'woman warrior' the other is implicitly. Or maybe we just roll with it and then pretend it's trans representation for good boy points and who the fuck am I to tell players to limit their creativity?
