Fun fact, the words "ultra" and "super" are the same in Japanese. Both are "cho". There is zero way to tell them apart as far as I know because they don't have an equivalent.
This caused a controversy during the ToP with some people called herself in SS Grade 3 "ultra". "Ultra Super Saiyan" was the old fan name for the form so people thought it was being made official.
So I don't think "Dragon Ball Ultra" will ever be a real name because it'd be the same in Japanese as DBS.
