She's got some minor muscle definition under the robe, gloves and boots, but brute force isn't really her main thing (yet). I use Vokriinator Black and its associated magic overhauls. Its frost perks slow and weaken nearby enemies while most of the heavy lifting damage-wise is done by Frost Cloak and Frost Touch. There's also plenty of unarmored protection buffs in the alteration perks and spells, and a little unarmed perk tree under light armour for some extra punch.
The game got way too easy just slinging ice lances even after bumping it up to legendary difficulty, so I'm restricting myself to melee magic to spice things up. I'd love to have something like what >>531766461 mentioned, maybe summonable elemental gauntlets or something like that.
