Does anyone know anything about this wedgie scene?

Me and piratemonkey131 had been looking for it, and the only thing we know about it is that it was on More4, a British channel that was shown in the clip, and that maybe the show is Property Ladder because the narration and music sound the same.

We have looked through Series 1-6 on YouTube, with only the last episode not on there for the last two, while the rest are more scattered, as we also looked at all that we could find, but they all don't have it.
