Buy pic related, a 100ct sleeve of primer, a pound of powder, a box of bullets, and a rubber mallet that you should already have. You DON'T need a scale, you DON'T need a micrometer either.
You're in the hobby for less than 100$ and it all fits into a lunch box, no workbench space or mounting hardware.
Most importantly it will test to see if you can handle this and it will make you confident in your ability if you don't screw up.
