Investment requirement went down with the treasure though. Tove can probably get away with her S1 being at 4 or 7 instead of needing to go to 9 for the 5% activation rate. If her S1 is lower it requires more shots to activate the buff, but past lvl 4 it's never so many you risk dropping the stacks and instead it effectively just means you gotta wait a bit longer to reach max stacks at the start of the battle, which you want to do first before using her burst. Rest of her skills should be 7-10 though.
Most SGs work perfectly fine with 7/7/7 skills and something like Leona only needs 4/7/4 if she's even used at all, if it's instead bunnies or JKs then those are already invested anyway
Also it's looking like DoroS is so strong she might not even be used in the SG comp since other buffers might be better still
