Bing is okay with it if you say it's like a movie screencap from x decade, but it's real bad with more than one subject, especially if they're meant to have a specific pose or do something. Or maybe my Bing prompts just suck, but Imagen seems way better at understanding who or what you're describing, for example stylized text as well. I can get a decent image quality out of Bing but then it's way more of a lottery what's actually going on
