Noble attempt but there is quite literally no fixing 4chan. All of the jannies are newfags and have no semblance of knowledge on old 4chan culture, so they don't know how to enforce the old standard.
The actual population of 4chan has aged down -- most oldfags aged out and moved on, the ones remaining are massively outnumbered.
2016 did irreparable damage to 4chan, we are simply playing in the husk.
