She is also the Hunger Devil, which should be a pretty powerful and ancient Devil, but I think Fujimoto just takes a "first-world perspective" on hunger as a source of fear. She's basically nerfed down to nothing by McDonald's.
If the situation gets more catastrophic, it's possible she might see some kind of a power-up, provided she doesn't just get killed by Yoru or something.
