I hate to inform you, he's from TRON 1982. they're just background characters. I'm basing his appearance on TRON 2.0 NPCs because I like that game more than any movie entry (I think the original movie is horrible) but TRON ares coming out soon inspired me.

There's female programs too and I think they're just as cute.
