Umm, we don't eat frozen slop here. Most people eat home cooked food. The closest thing to a quick sloppa we have in India is Khichidi. It's rice, lentils, a bunch of vegetables, ginger (lots of it), garlic and some spices cooked in a pot until it's sloppy. It's mostly eaten when you're sick or don't want to bother cooking several dishes. You make it sloppy when you're sick and like fried rice or biryani consistency when normal.
