Dwindling does not mean gone, just because they still fire missiles doesn't mean they have a sizable amount. They attack with large scale strikes every few weeks or so, that is because they need to build enough missiles to actually have a sizable wave. They have already resorted to using S-300 missiles as shitty quasi ballistic missiles.
They have two weeks of missiles available to fire (likely). But they would be limited in size and scope due to the fact that they have no reasonable stockpiles left. If they could materialize the missiles using all the African men and women they are importing, perhaps they would have stocks, but their industry is over encumbered as it is.
Also, note the date on the pic, 2022, their strikes have only become more impotent and less frequent since this info graphic was made.
