Kek, fair enough. It certainly wouldn't be the first or even 10,000th bad idea the government has had on how to get what it wants out of people.

While going grocery shopping at 3am was nice, even better is shopping at Walmart during autism hours. It has most of the 3am advantages (reduced lighting, no music or advertisements, no blinking screens) without the disadvantage of so much shelf stocking going on. There are more customers during autism hours but not terribly so.
