I get why people hype kitasan so much, but in pvp good skill synergy breeding takes the priority and most people rolling for her won't be doing this kind of repetitive grindy autism.

I don't get it, do I use a horse with highest stats to increase chances of getting a 3* spark or horse with the best spark to get a 3* spark?
