I'm on a 2060 12GB, Q5 gguf, 11.5GB usage when running, roughly 2.5 minutes per gen. Most people here weren't using Flux until Kontext arrived, but for pixel art stuff (or anything that rewards fine details/tiny objects), Flux is still my fav.
