I would wait and do a full-system upgrade.

That processor isn't terrible--albeit starting to show its age, but assuming you're not encountering any issues with your RTX 3080--including however much VRAM it has, then I would wait and build a completely new computer, rather that upgrade piece by piece,

Also, depending on where you live, this may be a terrible time to upgrade, unless you can find a screaming deal on used parts.
