Worse even than that NP's and PA's or whatever other term they are under are doing the work while the handful of doctors are managing everyone. If they wanted more doctors these MD schools would open even more positions for them to work in hospitals. The hospitals are outsourcing to compensate with cheaper legal labor, foreigners and other sketchy shit.
