Based. I'm still using my windows 7 as my main machine. Also could anyone else using windows 7 confirm if steam's downloads are being fucked with? It's working perfectly fine if I download or update a game that hasn't been updated within the past few months, but games that did are refusing to download and giving me a "content unavailable" bullshit error. I tried everything. Clear download cache, switch download regions, repair library, and even uninstalled steam and reinstalled steam. It's always the same games refusing to download/update. Works fine on my side windows 10 setup.
