I suck at modelling. How hard would it be to ask someone to make a CSP model with this same proportions?

I'd really like it to be as close as possibly. I know you can adjust stuff like lengs length and pelvis position but there's always something that goes off like the knees being a bitch to get right.
Pic related is the ideal body I'd love to draw and a 3D model would help a lot to get stuff done.
