Original title was さまよえるパワーストーン. パワーストーン is "pawaasutoun" so, a loanword from the English term. Furinkan notes that: "A "power stone" (パワーストーン) can be translated literally but the implication is that of a healing crystal or other New Age type of belief."

I mean, that's what I associate with the term "power stone" too. Besides the game, of course.
