What's important about the wiki is the context, I think - knowing how the tag is supposed to be used and exactly what it represents in that dataset.
Can the autocomplete extensions tell you how many examples are in the database?

Case in point, 'testicle lift' has less than collective 40 instances between danbooru and e621 - it's probably not gonna do much. You'll probably have better luck with 'ball grab', 'testicle grab', 'ball squish', 'ball squeeze', etc.
