This cannot be understated, if lupa operated like Peebe did to zeni and could be used fine solo or as her own carry, this would not a be a problem.
Or like like ciacona the following character carty was the person she was meant to support.
lupas problem is she's asking you to invest your currency in the hope she'll be useful one day, in a game where limited have a shelf life before getting power crept.
