You're probably right. 3600 to trigger all Maliss monsters once aside from March Hare who won't be out until later, so paying down to 4k with Millennium might screw you over more often than you like.
Especially with Lacrima burn being around.
You can heal some with GWC but when you're getting this low, LP does actually matter in a sizable amount of games. PUNK sometimes reaches scenarios where they're free to combo into an OTK but lack the LP needed to pay for it.
