I've gone caving a fair amount before, and just stay out of spaces that aren't visibly at least 24x36". That being said yeah probably; I tested the Honda Odyssey thing with one rear seat folded down after the kid got stuck and had no problem inverted OHPing myself back up over the raised seat.
