The entire fucking point of the Girls' designs, is to subtlely show how they're different from everyone else. They are rounded while everyone else is has sharp edges to them

I'm convinced this "x in my style" horseshit is part of the reason why everything looks so bland and sterile now. Because that's one of the major reasons why the 2016 reboot didn't work, because the girls didn't stand out at all compared to everyone else in the world.
