Stalchka would be a Tinker 3, and a Blaster 4 with her best weapons. It can be assumed she brings good gear given the fact she can go back to a save unless another blindspot shows up. A sufficiently skilled squad of soldiers can pin her down, but her cybernetics make catching her hard, especially if the squad sent after her isn't ready to start taking endless .50 BMG rounds from a moving target.
