not really drones are a completely different threat scenario compared to what most APS where designed for, in fact many APS won't even react to drones, even when they are in their range of attack.

Drones are to slow to be recognized as target, APS where designed to attack. Even a lowly RGP7 fly at speed exceeding 300km/h or 90m/s at their intended target distance, drones don't even fly half of that.
Also russian have developed the RGP30 thats a hard counter to APS systems.
