Reiuji is a Hell Raven (a type of Youkai) and one day someone made her eat The Yatagarasu (3 legged Crow god of the sun and emissary of Amaterasu) giving her the power of controlling nuclear Reactions.
Specifically she became a host for a divine spirit (Yatagarasu) and something closer to a living shrine than a Youkai or a simple God. Thanks to her empty brain the Yatagarasu can take her over no problem and she can use 100% of his abilities without struggling.
