I bought the WW84 set and was LEGIT missing the gold wings! (I got an extra 2x6 plate?!) I was furious that they would not believe me, like I would be just trying to get free sweet gold wings. but I filled out the form and they sent them to me. I had to wait, which was annoying, but other than that... no hassle at all

I bought one of the first Mandalorian sets (with the tusken crossbow thing) and Mando's helmet was printed off-center (like... a lot) WTF I bought this $30+ set and my Mando is messed up? I filled out the form and they sent me another off-center-print helmet! argh. I fill out the form AGAIN and this time they email me and ask me to send a pic. since I was legit getting bad helmets, that was easy enough to do, but they made me send the pic. ugh. I finally got a good one, probably someone had to go look this time.
