She's from an isekai fantasy monstergirl manga where the author goes all in on world building autism. Explains how monstergirls could evolve due to genetic mutations and such, while also giving each race it's own unique culture. Arachne's are matriarchal, mermaids are monogamous, and centaurs are patriarchal. Although it sounds like diversity pandering shit, it's actually just a set up so the author can introduce the pic related centaur girl during an arc where the MC stays at a mermaid village. There she pretty much becomes the authors mouthpiece, constantly questioning why the mermaids bother with monogamy while defending her own races polygyny. Then the author goes even deeper into it when he starts writing entire out of story authors notes on feminism being dogshit.
And that's just the tip of the iceberg, considering there's also the entire side plot with the other guy who gets isekai'd. Unlike the MC he gets found by the worlds resident human kingdom instead, but because he's fat and ugly all the bitches the kingdom gives him for being the isekai Hero only show him fake affection. His entire arc is just a rant about how women are shallow bitches with ulterior motives, that ends with him abandoning the human kingdom, joining actual goblins and orcs and letting them rape human women.
