The whole point is the guy who's now a girl resisting the female hormones that are now present in his body, which he isn't used to and are now giving him the overwhelming urge to bounce on the closest dick he can find. That's what's interfering and arousing about the scenario: the struggle to not admit defeat from the character and internal struggle of prolonging the act of submit to such urges and become, in both body and mind, a woman fully.
