Kek no. You want a virgin which rules out at least half of the women between 18 and 21. You have preferences for hair color and eye color - important ones too. You want her to never wear make up but I'm guessing you also want her to have great skin etc so she can actually pull off going barefaced well, pic related. It is already the exception for a woman to naturally have great skin with even-toned complexion, no bags or shadows around the eyes etc.

So you want a woman who naturally gets out of bed looking amazing, who is super young and untouched (figuratively and literally in terms of ink/piercings), who is slim (and I'm guessing you want her to have natural curves too and not just be a stick?) and I'm sure you would look her to be at least somewhat kind, mentally stable, sensible in terms of life choices, intelligent, into you? Oh and she needs to live in your area, be single and into you.

So yeah these are real high standards.
