Any anons in the Bozeman area? I want to go shooting on public land this weekend, and having looked around, Copper City seems like the best bet. I've heard of the public land near Logan, but from what I've read, it seems a bit dicey there in terms of safety.

As long as I'm in state land (blue square) shooting into a berm facing away from trails, I should be good to go, right? And yes, I'll bring a trash bags to dispose of my garbage.
