I tried it at my brother's place, yeah the magnetic joycons are neat and mario kart is gud but...I just can't justify the price of this thing, I just can't, maybe if it was 400$ with 60€ games sure because nintendo games never go on fucking sale, but they decided to price it 470 and then jack up the base price to 70 and 80$ AND they can just brick your console whenever they feel like as well? fuck dude this shit is just too much greed even for nintendo's standards

I've enjoyed nintendo games ever since I was 4 years old, I grew up playing ocarina of time, mario 64, mario kart 64, I was the first in line to buy the gamecube and wii, I even bought the mess that was the wii u which I still liked for the amazing games it had (which ironically were mostly ignored until they came to switch) but this shit I just can't justify no matter what, I have no doubts the switch 2 will have great games but there's no way I'm gonna purchase them, hoping for some kind of emulator to sprout eventually really
