Sorry if it's a little underwhelming (even I'm not entirely satisfied with it) but this was pretty hard to do, I can't seem to get the AI to generate a proper heavy blizzard no matter how many snow-related tags I throw at it, tag intensity doesn't seem to do much either. Same with the falling petals.
