That's called yandere/obsessive love and it sounds awesome. I can't imagine fantasizing or masturbating to other women while being in a relationship. I like to imagine shaping myself to be her perfect man and the only man she's attracted to, while I shape her into my perfect woman and the only woman I am attracted to.
