Anon was a sinner adopted by Stolas and Stella, and has a sibling relationship with Via in the story. From what I remember the author telling me (and from what I read), Anon had survived an assassination but contracted an angelic disease with limited time to live. Think it was meant to be a redemption story of sorts. He sent me this art which was supposed to be a key supporting character.
