I'm playing VTMB for the first time right now, and I strongly doubt 2 could ever be this good, even without the troubled development. Quite frankly I don't think they should be calling it Bloodlines 2. I'm really enjoying it, just finished the Giovani Mansion quest. The atmosphere and ambience are brilliant.
