I checked 1st Edition Core and Dark Ages: Werewolf 1st Edition and 2nd Edition. No mention.

The only interesting thing is that it implies Delirium is weaker in the Medieval times in 2nd Edition Dark Ages Werewolf. Which is stupid since it should be the opposite.
