Lore-wise, only a few TS must have used the original early MkVI before Prospero. And none after that.
At least the loyalist TS in Siege of Cthonia have the excuse of having been rearmed by Malcador, but the traitors basically were sulking in the Planet of the Sorcerers or doing quests looking for Magnus shards until the Siege began.

There's just none or little room for TS inductii in MkVI
