Ingrid is an strange character. When you write it down, Ingrid has a lot of plotlines connected to her. There's the Tragedy of Duscur and her loss of Glenn connecting her to Dimitri and Felix. There's her racism towards Duscurians connecting her to Dedue. There's her love of chivalry and knighthood connecting her to Sylvain, Ashe, Felix, and Dimitri. And there's her needing to marry to save her home connecting her to Edelgard's war.
For a side character she's connected to so much. And yet she's one of the blandest characters in the game. How do you throw so many ingredients in a pot and the meal comes out tasting like nothing? I still like Ingrid
