>How do you gain weight as a lanklet? Eat more and lift?
Pretty much what worked for me. If you're just trying to gain muscle, I'd completely lock in to hypertrophy. You can put muscle on without really changing your body fat percentage. But it is easier for most people to bulk and cut rather than maingain.

>How do I feel less... awkward?
Do you feel like a fish out of water? Those nerves go away after a while.
>I lift the weights with the form I read about and its hard but my muscles don't feel sore and terrible and Im not super sweaty after a workout. How should you feel after a "good" workout?
You should feel a substantial amount of fatigue, like feeling like a baby deer after a good leg workout. The best way to start would to be building that mind-muscle connection, meaning doing long, slow reps making sure you feel the target muscle activating. After that, you work with RPE (rate of perceived exertion), meaning you lift in sets from anywhere between 6 - 16 (less for strength, more for building muscle) to the point that you only feel like you could only do one or two more reps. The hard part of that is finding your actual failure point so that you know what an RPE of 8 or 9 looks like.
