>2 meals a day during 8hr feeding window
>~500 cals each
>High protein

What's good to meal prep for this? Preferably something I can make a huge batch of and stick in the freezer because every past diet that has failed has been because of goddamned fucking piece of shit cooking. No veges and no spices, I'm not indian.
