Ugh trying to lose weight so I’m just barely eating

The problem is it’s hard to concentrate or get any energy to do just about anything even write and think

I try to cope
By drinking lots of tea which is bad because in the end it’s like I’m just frying myself and it’s not the proper solution

I've been watching the Indian labor force I've been put in charge of by other Indians constantly fuck things up over this entire year.
These people have been doing the same job for years and I'm at the point that I think the fuck ups were covered up or they just got lucky.
The more I scrutinize the more fucked up it all is.
