At the con I went to, the waiters and waitresses at the cafe had their own fictional lore on the website including their sexual preferences. Was kinda weird. I made a joke out of the situation and searched for the bottom-catboy waiter. And then I realized the point of it: You could like... hire them to have a snack with you, like at a maid cafe. But instead of small talk, some pathetic losers sat there with the guys and girls and talked about their stupid problems and showed them their Pokemon card collections. Holy shit get therapy.
